Business center. Commercial project

The project shows an attempt to generate an existing, old building and a modern extension building. The new building will serve as a business center. On the ground floor there are several offices, a cafe and a mini-meeting room, on the second floor there is a large conference room with areas for private conversations. The common space is divided by tempered glass partitions. There is a tree in the center of the designed building; when developing the project, it was decided to preserve it and enclose it with a glass bulb. From any point in the interior space you can observe the tree and feel unity with nature.
